Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation due to force majeure or inability of Doctor

We reserve the right to change the date of each treatment, informing patients by phone and e-mail. In this case, patients are entitled to request a full refund if they do not wish to renew the date. The refund will be made either by canceling the debit of the credit/debit card (if you have paid by card) or by depositing in a bank account, which you will indicate to us.

In case of strike, government bans, bad weather conditions, and generally any event beyond the reasonable control of the Doctor, which hinders the execution of part or all of the treatment, we reserve the right to change the date and time of treatment.

Change or cancellation of treatment due to patient wish

Patients who wish to modify or cancel their treatment must inform the Doctor by phone or e-mail, and message at least 1 day in advance.

Patients have the option to modify the date / time of their treatment.

In case of total cancellation of the treatment and if they have informed at least 1 day in advance, a refund will be made either by canceling the debit of the credit / debit card (if you have paid by card) or by depositing in a bank account, which you will indicate to us.

In case of cancellation on the day of treatment, there is NO refund.
